Coming from Passo Due Sassi we take the road to Malga Zamba. Once past the hut, a final effort is required to conquer the last part of the climb. Upon reaching the asphalt road, follow the road to the right, leading you to Passo Santa Barbara. At the stop sign, where you will also find a fountain - Keep right. Continue along the road for approximately one hundred metres. Then, paying attention to the route signage, leave the main road keeping left, to quickly meet a gravel track. It’s at this point of the route, descending toward Malga Fiavei, that the terrain is at its most unstable.
